Canadian rock legend delivers high-energy performance on Saadiyat Island, complete with a string of old classics and new material

The Grammy Award-winning artist brought decades of anthems as well as some new material from his Roll With the Punches tour to the open-air concert series on Saadiyat Island. From crowd favourites such as Summer of ’69 and (Everything I Do) I Do It for You to singalong classics like Run to You, Heaven, and Please Forgive Me, Adams delivered a night packed with emotion, nostalgia, and pure live energy.
With his band, the singer-songwriter showcased his distinctive raspy vocals and effortless stage charisma, blending world-renowned tracks with new music from his forthcoming studio album. Adams’ show was part of a glittering Saadiyat Nights 2026 season, with John Mayer set to close the season on February 15.
